Larger Than Life Stagewear has been operating for 10 years and is owned and managed by Andrea Gambell. She is passionate about making people feel comfortable when wearing a costume and knows how important it is to an actor to be confident in all aspects of the role being played.
Larger Than Life Stagewear has a large collection of professionally made costumes covering periods from Medieval, 17th and 18th centuries, Regency, late Victorian, Edwardian into the 1920s right up to the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
A comprehensive collection of period costumes for hire. Specialities include 18th century costumes, Regency outfits for ladies and gents, Edwardian suits and dresses and a selection of outfits from 1920s to 1950s. Custom made costumes available by arrangement. A wide selection of accessories to complement these costumes. Customer care a priority.
