KCET, located in the media/entertainment district of Burbank, is a full service location and production facility offering state of the art equipment, technical expertise and production services.
KCET has a state of the art HD ORAD Virtual Reality stage. It comes with a Ross production package including robotic cameras, Vision Mixer Production Switcher, Xpression character gererator, Soft Metal Video server and an Airspeed.
The Audio booth has Yamaha DM 2000 consoles providing as many as 96 inputs and 48 outputs (both analog and digital). A full selection of audio effects internal to the console as well as many outboard effects units including classic UREI1176 and LA-4limiters. Aphex 1788 remote controlled fiber optic microphone pre-amps and M&K Audio Monitors. Four DIGICART II digital audio cart machines, CD Player, MOTU digital Audio Workstation and TELOS on air phone system.
KCET also has a 2500/Sq Ft practical stage with a 17 ft grid, black tile floor and an extensive lighting inventory of state-of-the-art LED lighting fixtures from LITE PANEL and PRISIM REVEAL with a ETC ION control board available for your lighting needs.
