About Us

The Independent Post Company has always been about talent. The initial idea behind the company was to take conventional attitudes towards television post production and drive a wedge through it. Back in 1992, the industry needed to think more about who was doing the edit rather than which machine needed to be booked. The simple premise gave birth to IPC. Undeniably helped the the introduction of non-linear systems, IPC nevertheless contributed to the present day beliefs that the editor is the most important element of the post production process.
